CEO Forums
Forums are limited to 12 to 16 members and are typically composed of CEOs and presidents of high growth companies from various non-competing industries. At present, Dr. MacKay facilitates nine CEO forums serving over 100 CEOs. Each one meets, on average, six to seven times a year. All forums hold 2-day annual retreats, also facilitated by Dr. MacKay.

Format
- Meetings are preceded by a social dinner the evening prior to the meetings.
- Each meeting has an educational component presented by Dr. Nancy MacKay, who is the forum facilitator and executive coach.
- Guest speakers and other innovative programs are provided to enhance individual learning and personal and business growth opportunities for members.
- There are 6 one-day meetings per year and a two-day annual retreat. Members are required to attend a minimum of 5 meetings per year.
- Meetings are hosted by members.
- Individual executive coaching services are included for up to 4 hours per year per member to help explore problems, issues and opportunities and to hold each full-time member accountable for actions needed to improve individual and organizational performance.
