Executive Forums
Dr. Nancy MacKay facilitates two Executive Forums, which are each composed of approximately 12 senior executives of top 100 private and public companies from various non-competing industries. Typically these are “second in command” executives and include COOs, CFOs, Executive VPs, etc.
Similar to a CEO forum, the purpose is to enhance both the professional and personal growth of its membership. Trust is the basic premise of the group dynamics. The forum provides a unique opportunity for members to present their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. The group poses possible solutions to the members concerns through discussion, coaching/mentoring, and contact between meetings.

Format
- ½-day meetings are followed by a social dinner.
- Each meeting has an educational component presented by Dr. Nancy MacKay, who is the forum facilitator and executive coach.
- Guest speakers and other innovative programs are provided to enhance individual learning and personal and business growth opportunities for members.
- There are 6 half-day meetings per year and a two-day annual retreat. Members are required to attend a minimum of 5 meetings per year.
- Meetings are hosted by members.
- Individual executive coaching services are included for up to 4 hours per year per member to help explore problems, issues and opportunities and to hold each full-time member accountable for actions needed to improve individual and organizational performance.
