Senior Human Resources Executive Forums

Senior HR Executive Forums are groups of 12 to 16 high level human resources executives of top 100 private and public companies. Members are dedicated to facilitating both the professional and personal growth of its members. The membership is senior HR professionals from various non-competing industries to create an open environment for learning and growth for the membership.

Trust is the basic premise of the group dynamics. The forum provides a unique opportunity for members to present their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. The group poses possible solutions to the members concerns through discussion, coaching/mentoring, and contact between meetings.

Format

  • The forum meets monthly for a breakfast session from 7:30 -9:30am.
  • The meetings are hosted by members.
  • Guest speakers and other innovative programs are provided to enhance individual learning, and personal and business growth opportunities for members.
  • There are 10 meetings per year, one of which is a 2-day retreat.
  • Members are required to attend a minimum of 7 meetings per year including the retreat.
  • Unlimited individual “laser” coaching by phone (5-10 minute calls) and email is included. Coaching is designed to help explore problems, issues and opportunities and to hold each member accountable for actions needed to improve individual and organizational performance.
