Trust is also a key component of the success of our Executive Peer Groups. With carefully selected non-compete groups of 14, our Executives find it easy and rewarding to share their concerns in an open environment.

Learning Occurs in Several Ways

This open environment also leads to learning opportunities for participants to share best practices, explore interesting ideas or experiment with new approaches. Contact between meetings is encouraged and strengthens the network established by each participant.

Coaching Help is Part of Your Privileges

At MacKay & Associates, we offer a range of coaching and consulting services that are designed to make leaders fluent in areas such as strategy, leadership development, succession planning and coaching. As part of the package of services available to you, each Executive Group member is entitled to four hours of individual coaching help annually.
